Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By accessing and using theprofitablebookkeepingbusiness.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms, which, along with our Privacy Policy, govern the relationship between you and Conscious Bias Pty Ltd, owner of The Profitable Bookkeeping Business ("we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and by using the website after such changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the new terms. You should check these terms regularly for updates.
Prices and payment
Prices on this website are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Australian customers pay GST on top at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider; we do not store your card details.
Limitation of liability
By using this website, you agree that we are not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website. This includes errors or omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services offered, or any other use of the website.
Consumer guarantee
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value.
Returns and refunds
If you are not happy with a program or the book, email renee@reneeminchin.com within 14 days of purchase and you will get a full refund. No questions, no forms. For a cohort, the 14 days run from your first live session. Done for you engagements are covered by the scope and terms in your proposal. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Accounts and registration
If you create an account to access our book, programs or recordings, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Access is for your own use and may not be shared.
Intellectual property
The material on this website and in our book, programs, downloads and recordings, including the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws. The reproduction, redistribution or exploitation of any material for commercial purposes without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.
